Before Using Our Infrared Sauna...

Before entering our infrared saunas, there are a few essential tips to keep in mind. Similarly to a standard sauna, hydration is key. It's crucial to stay well hydrated before, during, and after your sauna session to replenish lost fluids from sweating and it is advisable to wear minimal clothing to allow for the infrared light to penetrate your skin effectively. Beginners should start with shorter sessions of about 10-15 minutes and gradually work up to longer periods as their bodies acclimatize. For optimal results, regular use is recommended, depending on your health goals, 2-3 sessions per week can yield significant benefits.
